It's really interesting to see this phenomenon starting with 1 guy and leading to hysteria in less than 2 minutes. I would add a dimension to your list: the context/environment needs to fit. The guy is at a music festival where people are for fun, music and dancing (and drinking... which helps for hysteria ;-)). So his act of dancing alone is not totally off context.
